Mr. Thomson Lee
Thomson is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from UOIT (now known as Ontario Tech University) in 2014 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours). After completing his degree, he pursued a full-time career in personal training. His passion for helping clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and strength through stretching and targeted muscle knot release sparked his interest in therapeutic bodywork.
In 2021, he became a certified Shiatsu Therapist, and completed additional certifications in Myofascial Cupping and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). As his interest in hands-on treatment grew, Thomson decided to return to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist. He graduated with distinction from his Massage Therapy program in 2023 and was honoured as the Valedictorian of his class.
As both a personal trainer and weightlifting enthusiast, Thomson understands that muscle aches and pains are inevitable. However, he noticed a gap in traditional massage therapy, which often focuses on lotions, oils, hot stones, and relaxation. His approach goes beyond relaxation, emphasizing the therapeutic potential of massage to address pain, tension, and movement limitations.
On his days off, Thomson enjoys eating, discovering new cafés, exploring Costco, playing badminton, weightlifting, and taking courses to further refine his skills.
